it's ok to have this help with the patch, man. you're getting nicotine but what your not getting is the 18+ other nasty chemicals that come with cigarettes. Hey John, have a nice bowl of the Udin noodle soup at the Marketplace if you are in Waikiki area. It will clear you right out!! ;p Congrats on the quit, you are on day three and Nicotine head will start pulling some fast punches. Expect them to happen and then put them out of your mind and move on. Stay busy. Yeah that was problem the first time...I used them "whenever" as opposed to sticking to the plan...For example, I would wear one in the morning then before I would eat lunch I would take it off and wind up smoking after I was done eating...I would just tell myself that it was ok cuz I was smoking less than I usually did... But enough about the smokey past...Im about a future with no smoking... No more ciggies for me thank you! Congrats on 2 days, it will start getting easier soon. That's a wise old Bear, I'm with him. Follow the directions if you're using the patch. Thanks all for the advice and encouragement!!!...I feel lots better. Was just wanting to stop the nicotine all together...But anyways, I am noticing my lungs feel much better...Im just being real pissy (my poor wife/kids, they're Saints)...I just ate dinner and I could almost taste the smoke after I was done, even with the patch...Old habits die hard...Still smoke-free and living! Thanks again guys you rock!!!
