Wow 3 years! A very big congrates! Have a few questions, do you still have craves? did you gain much weight? For now I am doing great in the not smoking but not so great in the weight gain. have already gained 7 lbs. last time I quit long agogained 33 lbs. in 6 mo. and if this doesn't stop now will be even worse! also this time I am doing all different to not have weight gain! how long had you smoked? I smoked 50 years.
