Listen here now, you do not need to be down on yourself over this. I know that you are going to be successful, simply because you are being so honest about not being as successful as you would like to be now. So don't take yourself apart over the current situation. Better you should take the situation apart and examine what is going on with you. Really try to understand why you smoke. There are many reasons for it, but only you know truly your own.
You are in charge here, and I believe that you want to quit very badly. Thats all you need to get it done. I understand totally about the emotionality of this thing. I was an emotive smoker and I used the nicotine to self-medicate. Perhaps you do to, I do not know. But if so, please know that the nicotine changes absolutely nothing in the external world, it only hurts your internal well being. You are stronger than you believe you are. If you are angry be angry, if you are sad, be sad...but do not allow the buzz of nicotine to deaden those things which make us human beings. You do not need to go through your life in a nicotine dream...You only need travel through while being as honest as you can about who and what you are...
Good wishes to you, my fellow traveler, and I look forward to seeing you here in June...
