princess, You've learned a lot over the last 55 days about what it takes to be a non-smoker. You have built a great foundation for the next 55 days and the rest of your life! Revisit your coping tools so that you'll have them at the ready if things get tough but don't talk yourself into it being too hard. Just ride out and it will probably be a lot easier than you expected. Did you think that you could be smoke free for almost 2 months? You are doing great. Also, be sure to get some rewards in place to keep your eyes on something positive. You can do it :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/5/2004 Smoke-Free Days: 1017 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 20,340 Amount Saved: $4,576.50 Life Gained: Days: 77 Hrs: 14 Mins: 47 Seconds: 27

Princess, I finished off the patches 12 days ago,. The first day or two I was alittle edgey. But oh so happy to be done. This week I had heartburn for four days, Yogurt helped as did water, but now that is gone too. Today I feel great! You will do just fine! If you are worried, just make sure you have activites planned to keep busy! Stay positive, you know you can do this no problem, and by the way, celebrate when you get there, it feels great to be off that vile drug forever!!! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 74 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,850 Amount Saved: $780.70 Life Gained: Days: 9 Hrs: 2 Mins: 58 Seconds: 38

Princess you are going to do fine. You may have some urges but you are strong enough and know how to resist those now. Just do what you have been doing for the last 54 days.
