Hi James, Tomorrow is a big day for you and I wish you much success. I think giving yourself the two weeks to think about it before actually quiting is wise. My guit day was planned out almost a month ahead of time, which I found helpful. I'm using Zyban and patches--I need all the help I can get. Zybzn is really being helpful for the anxiety I've been going through over these past 24 days of not smoking. For me just being a non-smoker one day at a time works. I sure am enjoying being smoke free today--tomorrow will be a new day for me to be smoke free if I make the right choices. Have a happy smoke free day tomorrow.
