Hi everyone -
I'm starting my first week today mad as hell. Mad at myself for letting this go on this long. I will never light another smoke for the rest of my life, but what took me so long? As I sit here on my first day drinking coffee, I have no cravings, no withdrawl symptoms (yet). I feel good, but ticked off.
I'm going to try to keep a journal of the weeks to come, but I think that they are going to be mostly uneventful. I'm not anticipating wild cravings or withdrawls. I know that smoking is not an option for me. I'm done. I'm now an ex-smoker. Smoking is disgusting and it WAS killing me!
