Hi J! You are keeping yourself busy! Been there, done that! =) Only I used orange smelling cleaners =) LOL!! As for that feeling? Erm, I do not remember feeling that that when I first started. Find other things to occupy your time. During breaks, go for a walk or visit other non-smokers. Go to the mall or a movie instead of a bar with friends (can't smoke there). As your quit progresses you will grow stronger. Jaden, my 6 month reward (early but who cares) was a spa visit for 3 days. Well, everyone there was a smoker but I was the one who was enjoying the spa and not standing out in snow or the cold. Eventually you will notice more non smokers than smokers. I felt like an outcast also but I am over that now. I now pity the ones who are controlled by bad nicodemon. Soon enough you will meet non smokers. Just keep the quit - it is so very worth it!! Stay away from the smokers - you will stink too! Stay with your deep breathing and getting through 10 minute at a time. I also would like to state that the SMOKERS are the OUTCASTS, not us!! There are a lot more NON smokers than smokers. It just seems like there are smokers everywhere you look when you first quit. You're doing great Jaden (8 days rocks), I hope the SSC is helping you out. Stay close and read lots!
