How are you doing now? Glad you made it through that rough spot. Sometimes, learning to relax and take breaks WITHOUT smoking is the hardest part of quitting. When you get in a panic situation like that, do the best you can to calm yourself down and think "smoking will NOT help this situation." Because it won't! That was a big, fat lie that our inner junkie selves taught us. You do NOT need cigarettes. Hope you're doing better now. Check in and let us all know how you are doing. Congrats on 4 days!
