kaitilina, thank you for noticing and remarking on my one week anniversary. This has been a rough week. The day I stopped smoking I developed a cough and a sore throat. I thought, okay, they say this is normal, i'll just go with it. lol It got worse and worse until I finally came down with a full-fledged cold. Would it have been easier or harder to quit without a cold? I'll never know. But I am still looking forward to being able to smell and taste!
I only know that I am very grateful to all of you here at SCC and I believe that with your help I can overcome my addiction, one day at a time---sometimes one minute at a time.
Thanks to everybody and whatever you do, just don't light up that first cigarette.---Jada--- :)
