1 week for Jada!!!!!!!!!

Jada, Hang in there! It is similar to hell week but to a lesser degree. You will still battle cravings. Keep up with your distractions and other coping strategies. Also be sure to start planning your reward for your two week milestones. Give yourself something to work towards in addition to the little rewards your giving yourself daily. Keep persevering and congrats on week 1! Danielle _______________________ The SSC Support Team

Jada, Sorry I'm late. This is a great achievement! Time to take stock - reward yourself, then move on this journey once more. Every step you take towards a successful quit, the thought of going back to a smoke-filled life will become more and more horrific... CONGRATULATIONS!
