Hey there I was starting to get worried about you, I feel so bad for you. Now since I am so new at this quitting thing all I can do is tell you how I feel right now. I know that it must surely get easier each and every day that passes. You sound so down today, now pick yourself up and brush yourself off, take your right arm and extend it over to your left shoulder take the left arm and crossing it over the right arm reach for the right shoulder and squeeze as hard as you can - that is what my family and my grandkids call a bear squeeze. You need one right now! You need to take some long deep breaths and take one minute at the time. You have worked yourself up to a frenzy. I am no longer using the patch made me sick earlier today. So we are both running around trying to escape the nicodemon.
Take some time for you - long hot bath. Warm cup off tea, soft relaxing music and long deep breaths. Scream out to the gang here at the SSC and I bet you will get all the motivation that you can possible take in by the end of the day.
Stay strong and hang in there. I need my quit buddy to stay with me - READ, READ and POST!
