What a wonderful point Sarah! The flip side to that is that OMG! We spent nearly 2 hours a day doing nothing but smoking!!! How many times have we said to ourselves, "I wish there were more minutes in the day!" Well, now there are! You have just given yourself 1 hour and 40 minutes each and every day! For some, that may cause boredom, which can make cravings more difficult, but if you find a hobby or something worthwile to spend that time doing, then it won't seem like nearly as much time. So, I encourage you to have fun finding ways to fill that 1 hour and 40 minutes. It will make that 22 hours and 20 minutes that you already don't smoke, so much more enjoyable as well! :) Welcome to the site!
