Thank you, Faith! I'm still quite happy with my quit! And still so very PROUD of myself! I've started to focus on eating healthier, which is another step in being "good to myself", and makes me feel so good about ME! Had a great time at the grocery store last night buying expensive health foods. It will be fun to experiment with different things. This site has helped so much! Someone asked me the other day how I quit, and I pointed her to this site. I hope she's been visiting! Still can't believe I quit after 32 years. I, like most of us, thought I was a hopeless cause and would die young being a smoker. So happy to already have 2 days added to my life! I have too much to do to waste any more days on smoking!! I'm slowly getting to the beach... I'm almost 1/4 there. That's my goal you know... I get to buy a new swim suit when I arrive... maybe some sunglasses, new beach towel... well, new everything, because I want to be all decked out when I get there!
