I think this is a depression day. I am really feeling very sorry for myself. But the craves have really begun to disipate and I wonder what heck week is going to be like now that I have pretty much gotten through hell week. Even so.... I have made it really one week as of 11 pm tonight. I never thought I could do it. I am doing it cold turkey this time so I know I have no nicotine in my body and the very thought of that blows me away. As I have said, I always thought I would explode or keel over or something. I think this is going to be the one that sticks. June bugs is really a great name because here in Houston Tx, the june bugs are everywhere this time of year. First of all, everytime I see one now I am reminded of my quit and my resolve. Second of all, when they come around each year, I will know I have another year. This is already an awsome experiance. I feel sorry for myself right now because: 1.) I can't think and I'm totally useless 2.) I'm cold here in the office and I can't go have a cig. to warm up. 3.) My teeth hurt because of all the gum and candy 4.) I still am not sleeping well 5.) No one in my family is being very supportive or understanding. 6.) I am missing some of my friends here at work that I smoked with. ect, ect. Is that enough whining? Not normally a whiner but this is really tough. Shevie told me that bronchitis was not uncommon for new quitters. I'd go to the Doc. I have the same thing with my breathing. I have to go to the Doc as well.
