Hey quit sister, you can most definitely get through this. I've been noticing a lot of the Junebugs are hitting bumps in the road around now, me included. I want to smoke, too. Well, not really. I've been feeling the same way, but when i just typed it my mind said "no I don't!". I guess the moments do pass. I say we all just give it a few more days, and I bet we'll be back on track. Just one thing....don't smoke Andrea My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/7/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 56 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,126 Amount Saved: $266 Life Gained: Days: 4 Hrs: 17 Mins: 39 Seconds: 8

You've been doing a lot of hard work over the last 50 days. I think it is only natural that we get a little serious over our quits. As you get settled into your quit ... that sense of humor will come back. Cheermom, Do you have a new routine for relaxing? Sounds like you haven't broken that association yet? Hang in there, it will pass. You've got 56 glorious days under your belt, keep your focus on that. Try to do little things to lift your mood throughout the day. Check back soon, Danielle ___________________________ The SSC Support Team

Just having a melancholy night and not sure why. Not really craving but boredom has crept in. Haven't thought about smoking in a while now and actually felt naturally.....until tonight. For some reason tonight I really "miss" smoking. I hated the taste, just miss the feeling I got is all (i.e I felt relaxed even though it was doing the opposite). I wont cave in because (especially Lady) too much support here to do something that stupid. Just wanted to *sigh* and realize a small bump just got ran over (my sense of humor has left also hmmm). Guess I might go to bed and get up in the morning and get ready for work and do the same thing tomorrow. I just rewarded myself last week with a long vacation (well alright to the in-laws but heck they are a blast and they dont smoke). Ugh, this too shall pass.
