Hi Kim. Hope you are feeling better today. If not, how about a small reward? Rewards don't have to be big. Even the little ones count. My favorite reward early in the quit was to take a day off from work while the kids were in school and just enjoy it doing whatever. Sleeping, watching TV, reading... whatever came to mind. Some times a down day is good for us.
This journey is full of ups and downs. Don't let it get to you. You are doing great and we are really proud of you. You have been under a lot of stress, take a break. Deep breaths. :)
