How long did you smoke for??? Well, think about how long it may take your body to rid itself of the toxins and other chemicals you've been putting in. Coming off nicotine is allegedly worse than heroin withrawal. Be tough, this is going to be a little bumpy ride here on certain days. Nobody knows what days they will be - all you can do is prepare yourself for the worst, and when you crave, it won't be as bad as you're expecting. You will be ready with coping mechanisms!
Also, if you have kids, know that childbirth is harder than this (althogh some may argue that fact!) Therefore, if we can do it, you can do it too! Hang in there.
