Please update us on how you're doing. I am hanging in there and have been completely clean since 5/17! I'm having my ups and downs particularly w/ my volatile temper (Latin blood). I may be divorced after this, but I'm committed to not smoking! How YOU 'doin?! ;p (If you were ever a Friend's fan, you know what I'm talking about) T. I've gotten light headed 3 times today. Knowing what to expect is half the battle though. It is nice to know my brain is getting more oxygen! heh I am on my 11th day I think and mentally I am feeling great in my resolve to kick this addiction's butt. I feel blah at times ... but I just remind myself that this too shall pass. I look forward to the mental process I'll be going through over the next 9 weeks. Once I reach that point whatever nicotine is left isn't going to stand a chance. Hangin in! Trying to make it through the day and hoping tomorrow is way better. If not, then I'll deal with it then! I'm hangin in there. Been stressin for a couple of days now and really weanted to smoke a few times. I IM'd a couple of SSC friends and got through the moments. Had to drop my Zyban due to an operation that I had last week. I don;t think that has anything to do with the cravings, but would not rule anyything out at this point. ANyway I will get through today and tomorrow is another hopefully better day. I'm at work and I have had the SSC up on my computer all day. Doing alright here! Cravings are under control with the help of Welbutrin. I'm drinking lots of water and avoiding sodas. Headaches are a little tough, as is the neck tension and I'm sleeping way less, but I feel good about the future! I have these 7 huge red X's on the calandar in my office. That's 7 thumbs up, smiling at me. Thanks for all your support. I hope to repay it in kind. Strength be with us.
