Cybrduke is right on - You smoke one cig day and you're a SMOKER. Addiction does not care if you smoke only 1 or if it's 39 a day. "Part Timers" - my mother in law is one of these -- she works all day and comes home at night after dinner and smokes about 2 cigarettes. I told her years ago that if I could go through the whole day not smoking, I would not bother lighting up only 2 a night. I would quit, it seems crazy to me, but addiction is like that. You may only smoke a little, but it still has the horrible impact on your mind health and body. There are a lot of closet smokers out there, I had times where I did not want people to know I smoked so I would "get through" the meeting, activity or whatever and go home in my garage and smoke 3 in a row to "make up" for lost time. Everyone can smell smoke on you, smokers and non-smokers. If you're lying, you're not even close to trying to quit becuase you think you don't smoke. :confuse:
Now that her son and I have quit, I hope my mother in law will give up those couple of cigarettes.
