Ok Since May 01, 2006, I have been walk/Running 80 minutes each day for 3 days per week. Eating healthy best I've ever eaten in years. Other 2 days of week I either do yard work 2 hrs, or ride bike for 90 minutes, or stretch/flexing type exercises, and weights every 2 weeks. So what am I doing wrong no weight lost actually put on 5 lbs since May 01. :mad:
