Welcome!

I am glad you found us. I think many people with anxiety can relate to the feeling of wanting to vanish into thin air. Anxiety can be incredibly hard to deal with. I cannot hear denial in what you are writing now, when does denial normally come up for you? How are you able to recognize it? How does this impact your anxiety?

Hello my name is Alex, I have been struggling with Panic for 8 years now. I haven't tried medication yet but have tried almost everything else. Some things work but I stop following through when  start feeling better. I think I am still dealing with denial of my panic. I want it to just vanish into thin air. I am a good support for others with Panic, just haven't figured it out myself.
