It happened this evening. I wasn't able to explain some notes to myself, in pencil about my savings, and starting have self-doubts about my money management. I could always do better, but was feeling overwhelmed tonight, especially since I'd had an unproductive day, fueled by a headache, as well as mom not being too well either.
I decided I'd try to call the bank, since they can help 24/7, and while on hold, I found the documents which clarified my self-doubts.
It's hard to get all the stuff done that's on my plate, so I end up nibbling at a lot of things.
As I go to bed, I'll do my core belief affirmations, by typing them into a list of my more positive and "new" core beliefs. My theory is that I will absorb the thoughts somehow, since it's late at night, and eventually change my negative into more positive core beliefs.
