First time here!

Hi melisnl, Welcome to The Panic Center. We thank you for sharing your story with us today. This support group is full of supportive individuals who may be able to help you answer some questions regarding panic and anxiety. I would suggest avoiding putting your phone number on the site though. If you are interested in speaking to people in person, your doctor or therapist may be able to recommend this type of support group in your area. Please feel free to roam the site at your own pace. If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests. These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physicians advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When youre finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. We also have developed a Panic Program. This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above. Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead. If you have any questions or concerns with our "TOOLS" you can contact our support department at support@paniccenter.net. Take care and we hope to hear from you soon. St John Warts

Hi TOSam25, I am sure that your fellow members will be responding to this question soon. I just wanted to add that with any type of supplement please be sure to check with your doctor first, just to be on the safe side, as they are not meant for everyone. Chinese meds????

Hi Aries, I am echoing exactly what devon7 advised. Please be sure to speak to your doctor or pharmacist first. Natural rememdies are not for everyone and may have interactions with other medications. Casey ________________________________ The Panic Center Support Team

Burning Sensation back of head?

Hi Cassie, As Josie already suggested, please be sure to contact your doctor. You may have to ask your husband for the cell phone. This is the only way you will get some answers or reassurance for how you have been feeling and to find out what can be done about it. Hard times ahead....

Hi Sarah, Sorry to hear about your need for upcoming surgery. I wanted to thank you for bringing up a very important point - about seeing your doctor and how important it is to be better safe than sorry. As moderators we stress this a lot. We wish you a speedy recovery and look forward to hearing from you again when you are feeling up to it. Casey ________________________________ The Panic Center Support Team

Panic Diary

Hi CorrinaQC, I am sure you haven't been entering anything wrong. Everyone's symptoms are different. I would suggest that if the symptoms are significant enough to be disturbing to you then they are worth noting in your diary whether you would describe them as panic versus anxiety.
