Panic Diary

Hi CorrinaQC, I am sure you haven't been entering anything wrong. Everyone's symptoms are different. I would suggest that if the symptoms are significant enough to be disturbing to you then they are worth noting in your diary whether you would describe them as panic versus anxiety. I have a question. I wake up everyday with anxiety attacks, but not panic attacks... how do I enter this properly in the diary? I am sure that I have been doing it wrong. Corrina
