Thank you, Mr. Ed, I would very much like to be on your list and wasn't sure how to get on it. I really appreciate the effort you have put in-- not only creating the list, but doing the quit parades. You are the bomb, my friend. And I am grateful to you. Thanks for making us feel special, and helping us celebrate our milestones. deborah My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/6/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 25 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 600 Amount Saved: $175.50 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 10 Mins: 29 Seconds: 8

another year and a close one

Thanks for all of your wonderful support. Nonic-- you are so articulate. I've noticed the same thing but you write it so much better. Each challenge does build more muscle. I got some great rewards yesterday in the form of gifts from others. They also brought me a chocolate cake that was so rich, that I was pretty sure I needed a prescription to eat it. Today some other friends are throwing me a party. Ole! We are making carnitas and sipping on Margaritas. And no smoking. Everyone at this party has quit. Thanks for the continuing support you beautiful rock stars. deb My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/6/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 25 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 600 Amount Saved: $175.50 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 11 Mins: 44 Seconds: 41

Thanks for that post Phil. It made me bow my head for a moment of quiet reflection for those who have been lost to various cancers/heart disease brought about by smoking. ONE WHOLE WEEK ! :)

Good Job Sam! Perfume was one of my rewards too-- and it's a good one because it reminded me of how good I smell now. So good choice girl. Hang in there with the next week-- it gets better and better.
