I agree with Unhooked. I am addicted to this site. I read more than I post but I don't think I would have made it this far in my quit without this place and everyone here. My kids prefer my new addiction as well!

Congrats to all who are leveling off, maintaining, or losing weight. I go to a group and weigh in once a week, until this week I had a net loss of 1.5 lbs since quitting. BUT this week, I had a HUGE gain. 5.5 lbs. I am starting to stress about this. I know I need to increase activity, but since I quit smoking, I have been SO SO very tired all the time. I even went to my doc, she took blood and everything, and all that came back normal. I am getting aggravated, but not to the point of wanting to smoke again, but with everything else. Suggestions??????
