I quit tomorrow

You came to the right place shutterbug! We're here for you when you're up and we're here for you when you're down.... and believe me you will have both!!!! I too am a chantix user and have found it to be a great tool in my quit. This site has been equally helpful and has inspired me to keep my quit. It's comforting to know that there are other people who know how I feel and want to see me succeed. Good luck with your quit and hope to hear from you soon! Interesting.....

Be strong and don't give in to the nicodemon. You've endured worse cravings in the beginning of your quit..... hang in there My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/8/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 69 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,173 Amount Saved: $289.80 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 4 Mins: 31 Seconds: 36

another day

Hi Shutterbug! I remember being right where you are and I sympathise with you deeply :| It's good that you keep busy, it really helps with craves and being tired.... it also helps with any depression you might have from your quit. All of your withdrawl symptoms will pass, believe me they really do. You just have to stay strong while you go through this and before you know it the worst will be over. I feel strange

hello Stop, During the first 2 weeks of my quit I experienced the floaty feeling, it was almost an out of body experience. It seemed that my short term memory wasn't there either, had a lot of trouble focusing (mostly at work) It passed -THANK GOD!! It was a struggle to keep my quit because I felt so out of touch with everyone and everything. Wouldn't it be great if we could go into hiding until the withdrawls passed :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/8/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 72 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,224 Amount Saved: $302.40 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 11 Mins: 12 Seconds: 23

Could not sleep last night

I agree with pokerbrat! I started walking/running on a regular basis and now I sleep like a rock. It's important to get enough rest so try different things until one of them works. Good luck and sweet dreams My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/8/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 72 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,224 Amount Saved: $302.40 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 11 Mins: 12 Seconds: 47
