Aw thanks guys! You beat me to it, was gonna pop in and toot my own horn (waaaaaaaaahooooooooooooooooooo!!!) I was waiting to get through a week before climbing onto speakers' corner to shout out a milestone, since it's been so much easier than I thought (really spooky let me tell you!) - I had to get through a week to believe it's true, but it is...
I DON'T SMOKE ANYMORE!
:)

Vivid indeed! I've had three nights of weirdness now, not awful but not particularly pleaseant. The really strange bit is they actually continue if I wake up in the middle of them! Last night it was a four-headed monster chasing me out of my house, across the road and on to the roof of my grammar school.
I wonder what Freud would make of that!?! ;)

I've had a severely sore right elbow since my quit, and am suspecting it has something to do with sleeping patterns while using the patch. Arm in the wrong position or something while I sleep.
On the contrary, I used to have very sore muscles following exercise, thought it was a chronic back and thigh injury and once the oxygen started getting to it following my quit, these 'injuries' are becoming almost non-existent.
Not sure if that helps any?

It really does make a difference to your mind set, doesn't it? Why bother? to Why sit on my dead a** and stop living! I get a rush from exercising that no cigarette could ever compare to. Just getting ready to sign up for a dance class, something I haven't done in years. Bring it on :)
