tina
you are going to make it.
Did you not know THAT everything is your fault in your mil eyes!
Welbutrin is only about $50.00 a month!
We have been without real insurance for about 6 years now.
My husband was without work for about 2 years (no pay check for 3 years) He closed his family company.
Some public school, along with there DARE programs offer free patches as well.
Good Luck

i love your aunt.
You are very lucky to have a support person that you can talk with. It will make this quit so much better.
Good luck with you cough. I had a very light dry cough, but that is it and it did not last long.
take care

I have been able so far to handle smokers.
But drinking
is not a good idea for me...
Last night i ALMOST fired one up.
We were celebrating my husbands b'day and he was the only one smoking.
After several drinks, I had a real had time,,,
Stay strong.
I will try to stay away from the wine for a while.

Can you get someone to watch your children..
You may need to be alone. I have 3 children and my husband travels mon-fri and sometimes my evil twin comes out... Lucky for me, I could at least take a walk around the block and leave the kids at home.. The first week was tough.. But if i can do it.. anybody can
This site is the right place to be.

good evening
I feel empty alot, not all of the time. My husband still smokes but he travels mon-fri, which helps. He has been home for 5 days in a row and maybe that is why this weekend has been harder than normal.
I know if i did not have this sight i would have given in weeks ago.
What I don't get are these social smokers... Why am I an addict and they just smoke every now and then??
Good luck with your quit. I know you can do this
and every day is not as empty as the last.
Think positive.. If you can not get on this sight.. Write down the positive reasons about not smoking..
LIKE you smell much better, your skin looks much better, no coughing, extra money... etc
