Marcus, I may be wrong, but I think that murder borders on the agressive side! ;) DL - Man, I didn't have enough money to eat right, or go to Weight Watchers - I was REALLY messed up financially. I just couldn't go on being controlled and manipulated by money. BJ - 21 days is awesome! Well Sunday is 21 days... so far I have NOT killed my husband, Not kicked the cat and NOT gained a ton of weight. I feel like I have been drinking enough water to fill a decent size pond. I have been using rewards.. nothing spendy.. and sometimes things that we need.. but I have put off buying.. I got a new set of sheets for the bed... they were on sale, and after washing they still smell nice and clean. And I feel I have made many new friends on this site.
Were you just looking for stop smoking successes or successes in oru lives in general?
Good question. Well, I've now been quit two months and, yesterday, I killed my boss. So I'm doing very well on both accounts. Were you just looking for stop smoking successes or successes in oru lives in general? I'm going to step out there and asume the latter since we've been doing the CBT day stuff and all, and that having your stuff together makes your quit easier. I have opened a high interest rate savings account, and have taken the very first steps in taking charge of my money by budgetting, and to stop being controlled by my money. I have recognised that it's baby steps, but am working towards a goal of finacial independance.
