Hello SmogFree Shamrocks I'm glad it's monday. The weekends are still hard on me so getting back to work makes things easier. I didn't ever think I would say "Thank Goodness its Monday". Have a great smokefree week. Hey Shamrocks that ROCK - I'm here and still smoke free. 4My2Girls, hang in there - I just over that same thing- I was sick for a week like a dog. Really, my husband bought me bisquits and everything! But really, try to get lots of rest, water and try not to worry too much about the household/kid stuff, it will work out. I Hope you feel much better real soon. Congratulations on your 50!!!!! That's fantastic! fantastic...... i'm out of the smog and life is looking brighter. so far i have had a very easy quit. the withdrawls have been right on target, but the cravings have not. i keep reading about how tuff that 50 - 60 day period is, so i continue to be watchful. -shamrock meg- My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/23/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 32 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 554 Amount Saved: $113.6 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 13 Mins: 18 Seconds: 39

I'm still here, but fell off the wagon for about a week. Started with one, then one the next day, then two, then ... you know the drill. Felt really bad about myself, too. I let this go on for about a week. Now I'm back on track, but feel like I'm starting all over. It's great to see that so many of you are successful. Guess I should reset my quit meter, but I don't have the heart. I'm here today, and still smoke free. I'm staying in the background today, and yesterday. I'm not in the mood to be so "cheery". Somehow, I thought that my 50 day would be a party. I'm not much in a party mood, but still here, none the least. Spent last night sobbing in the shower. I came down with a cold that I had been fighting off for over 1 week. That would explain why I was so darned tired. So, I am emoitionally drained, stuffed up, sore throat, tired, got my 3yr old sick too, getting mad becuz I am late with getting my daughters birthday party together, (2.5 weeks away, and no invites yet... we just decided on the place!!) etc., etc., etc........... I can go on, but I'm just too tired to. :( My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 50 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,515 Amount Saved: $163.5 Life Gained: Days: 4 Hrs: 1 Mins: 33 Seconds: 23
