I'm finding it hard to follow the program, I am not very computer friendly. Today I just was crabby most of the day, but working a double shift helped. Did alot of crashing of things, putting away the orders etc...

       Welcome to the club!!!  Stick close, read and learn from the Program and from the the advice from those who have posted their wit and wisdom here on the forums!  It looks like you already have a Positive Mental Attitude!  That will be most helpful when coping with the mental and physical challenges you'll face!  I bet if you just keep those jazzy fingers busy on those keys you'll be able to conquer those cravings!!!
