I smoked yesterday...alot, well about half a pack. I had alot of crap going on, not anything to excuse it or make it okay, but it happened none the less. I do not feel too bad or discouraged and I am okay with getting back up and starting over. However, my question is this. For anyone who has been through that is it easier to just start over, like pretend this is my day one? Are my withdraw symptoms going to be the same? I know for everyone it is different but it would be helpful to have a general idea of what to expect. Thanks.
