I'm not certain why folks tell you not to work on weight loss. And 113 days is certainly a good time. At that much time, it sounds to me like you are QUIT, not QUITTING. For pete's sake, that's more than three months! You should be quite proud of that.
3galeh and I and lots of others began focusing on how we eat at the same time as quitting. No crash dieting, but just combining healthy eating and activity as a way of starting a new healthy life. Nothing wrong with that. Throw in exercising -- taking a walk, a run, a swim, or an exercise dvd - and you've got a great recipe for knocking back a rough patch.
