Its great to have you here! Keep your ice water on hand, and deep breathing helps a lot too!. As Sparky said, read and post as often as needed, and keep your hands busy!

Lisa, it is so nice to see you back where you belong.  You know the drill, so here is my hand and let us get this done once in for all.  I don't know about you but I am real tired of quitting and slipping and quitting and slipping.  Is there need for punishment, don't know.  All I know is I am so sick of the cycle and I want it to stop, just like you.  We are strong and we can do this!!!

Keep the Quit
Sparky

Just got back from lunch and it wasn't as hard as I was afraid it would be, I was always one that used that lunch break to get 2 or 3 smokes in............ I keep telling myself to just act like this time last year when I wasn't a smoker, each time I want one I say " no you don't cause you are no longer a smoker" plus the fact that KY recently added a higher tax to them what use to cost me $2.21 a pack are now $3.76 so that helps my motivation too. I hope you all are having a great day    Nice to meet you cameless and so good to see all the days in your stats Belle and Karren. Nice to see your picture Breanne, I'm glad that you are still here to help.

Lisa

Welcome back Lisa! We know how hard it is to have to go through all this again. The last time I went back I smoked continuously for six more years! I sure don't want to do that again! Like you said keep us posted no matter what!
