Hey Mome, It sounds like You're doing it right, Just stay close to this Website like You was Married to it, And I'm not Kidding, If You want to lean on Anyone, The People right here is Your Life-Line, Because They have Been' Where You're trying to Get, so WHY?? Not ask the experts!!! It's working for Them, What's that saying!! Ask and You shall receive, Congraulations on thos 14 days, That is AWSOME,!! When You first quit smoking, believe me, So!! Grit those Teeth, And Get The Eye of the Tiger, You got it in You Mome, Just Do It, Have a Marvelous journey, and Don't by-pass that Weekly Reward for Yourself, If Nothing Else, just go out and have a home-cooked Breakast Saturday Morning, and after coming out of that restaurant, Breath in that Fresh Air, and not cigerette smoke, It's a great feeling, I did it often in my first few months, My Reward, You have to take care of Number One, Before You can take care of Number Two, Smokless In Oklahoma :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/10/2003 Smoke-Free Days: 1695 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 50,850 Amount Saved: $7,254.60 Life Gained: Days: 396 Hrs: 9 Mins: 32 Seconds: 14

You are doing absolutely fabulously, Mom! Could you squeeze in an extra special bath or shower time some evening as a reward? The date sounds wonderful, but you really do deserve some mini rewards along the way, too, for doing this. Keep up the good work. We're all cheering you on. "me time" what is that? I, luckily, don't have all the kids here in our house. My step-sons are 19 and 17 and my stepdaughter is 13 and the 17 and 13 year olds live with their mom. So I have the 9 year old and the 4 year old and babysit an 8 month old and 4 month old. So one date is definately a reward. thanks for all the support it has helped me through a lot.
