you know that the hardest part is to set your mind. l think you are facing the right direction no matter what. people say it takes several attempts to finally quit, so think of it as phases of quitting, not 'failed attempts'. and the good news is, if you try one more time nowadays, your symptoms will be much less than the last time, because you have already done with the hardest part.
