Snowgirl, 9 days is fantastic! Keep on doing what you're doing but don't go crazy! Don't let it drive you crazy. You can choose not to! 4my2girls has a lovely welcome printed out here, and you couldn't do better than to follow that advice. Stay in touch, you're already a quitter; I just love a quitter! One day at a time, one foot in front of the other. Hold on snow girl. Days get better but there are those rough days.Just be prepared using your tool for coping. I recently slipped, no!! relapsed, no, "binged smoked" to be exacted and it didnt help. I just feel worse. My milage went from 70 days to 3 days as you can see. Do what ever it takes to help yourself be free of nictotine. My kids help me alot. Be around them when the the nicotine fit hits the hardest. Be strong. Well Hello Snowgirl and Welcome Happy that you have come aboard and are sharing your quit with us. Congratulations on day ten. I don't recollect seeing if anyone had mentioned that you should take a look at the Quit Program Tools on the left. Maybe they have. Good to have a plan, coping tools, an attitute (a mean one for the nico, and a postitive one for you). Snowgirl Congratulation on your decision to quit smoking. This support teams works 24/7 and will prove to be a valuble assest for you on the journey to freedom. Good luck to you dear!
