I just quit yesterday, too. Coming up on 24 hours right now. I'm doing pretty well so far. Cravings have been fairly weak. I know the nicodemon will kick things up the next few weeks but I am going to starve him out. Stay on the road, Chris. Just keep slogging forward and eventually we're going to find ourselves out of the mud and into blue skies - slowly over a long time. Nice work Chris. I know the first few day are "challenging", and that's putting nicely. Hang in there, we're all supporting each other. Cheers, Jan

Well done for making it through your first couple of days, Chris! I remember having some crazy dreams too, in the first couple of weeks - this can't do too much harm to us, fortunately! Keep up the good work! Hiya Chris Am glad you had a better day today. I likened my days in the first month of my quit to that of a roller coaster. I was up and down up and down ~ just wasnt AS fun as a roller coaster :| But it sure is fun 100 days later ~ soooo worth it. One day at a time you can do this. PrincessC :) x
