Hi, Just wanting to introduce myself. I have stopped smoking since two weeks. I was hypnotised and then went through a nasty first week of withdrawals, which soon went away. Feel great now, but was hoping I could join your merry group for some support in staying off the cigarettes! Hi welcome that's a fantastic effort. If you need to know anything ask there will be someone here who has the answer as there is so much experience here. Sometimes I feel like laughing at the sheer audacity of quitting something that I thought had me in a grip forever. It's a great feeling. I'm not sure about the improved smelling thing though, I never knew until I quit that my dog farted!!!
