Totally forgot about the stuck cigarette and burnt fingers . . . did it many times!  How about dropping the cigarette or ember while driving and looking for it like mad as you drift into another lane of traffic?  SCARY!!!

Slowly making my way to the 3 month mark.  My doctor's office said they would change the info on my file to "non-smoker" once I attain the 3 month mark.  Kinda cool!  I've smoked for so long (30 years 1 to 1 1/2 packs/day) that it's hard to actually accept that I'm a non-smoker now.  It's a lot of hard work but also a lot to be very proud of.  How many people out there don't actually enjoy smoking but continue anyway because of fear, denial, lack of support or a million other reasons.

From Hot SiO2: "I was wondering... was it just me or did any of y'all ever get a cigarette stuck on your lips while you were trying to pull it away and get a really nasty burn between your 2 fingers???  I really hated it when that happened!!  "

Ha! I totally forgot about that move. I must have done that hundreds of times and never really thought about it. How messed up, huh? LOL

Checking in on day 123 here. 12 days, 7 hours, 20 minutes, and 55 seconds of life gained. And I do expect to receive all of that time, as promised.

Hey Gang,

Thought I'd check in and say hey!  Work's been a booger for the past couple of weeks and I keep thinking that if I had to stop and smoke every 20-30 minutes, I'd have to spend even MORE time burning my poor little fingers on the hot glass, as well as the stupid cigarettes! I was wondering... was it just me or did any of y'all ever get a cigarette stuck on your lips while you were trying to pull it away and get a really nasty burn between your 2 fingers???  I really hated it when that happened!!
Things are looking up and I should be back to my daily postings soon!

Great to see that everyone is still kicking that nico-demon's ash!  Way to go, Snice... 7 weeks of butt kicking!  Keep on keeping on!!

Lookin' good Dori!  Getting closer to the beach every day!  Awesome!

Congrats again, Workin'!  Wear that T-shirt proudly!

So great to see that you are still going strong, Rose!  Enjoy those walks!  I'm jealous, you know!

        Clink, everyone!!!

35 smoke free days and counting.

It's been raining here hard all day and I must say the smokers are extra stinky today!
Love it, snice. That was funny.

I'm here now with 122 days,  12 days and some hours of life added, and 2,440 smokes that I just said "no" to.
