Your doing great you have come through 2 of the toughest weeks keep going and it will get better
Just watch for the triggers they will creep up. I keep a bottle of water all the time one with a screw cap
I find  the couple of seconds it takes to unscrew the cap gives me the edge I need to get by a crave.

I can't beleive who fast the days are going by now.  It seems like yeasterday the I was going through Hell week.  I just hope it stays fresh enough in my mind 3 months from now when the craves creep up on me.  I do not want to go through that again.
