Faith, Wow no really WOW. That is wonderful. You have an amazing attitude and quit. Just think of all the smoke you would have inhaled from 8,000 cigs. Your lungs must be soooo happy. Thank you all for the kind words. You know what? I'm an "all or nothing" kind of gal, so when I smoked, I SMOKED! 2 packs a day adds up in a hurry! But now that I'm a non-smoker, I REALLY am a NON-smoker! I don't miss it a bit! I was thinking about those 8,000 cigarettes. How many of them do you suppose I would have even remembered, let alone "enjoyed"? Not many, if I'm honest with myself. So I like Interesting's idea of imagining those 8,000 cigarette butts in one giant, nasty pile! If that won't keep you a nonsmoker, I don't know what will! Keep the faith, all and most importantly, keep those great quits going!
