Feeling the same sentiments as Cuddles ( and everyone else at one point or another or we wouldn't be here!). Have been "at it " for 4 1/2 months after being quit for 7 1/2 months.........have experienced the gamet of feelings that are expressed here over and over again, from self-hate to what- the- heck!
