to reply to your questions, how has this quit been? sometimes it has been easy, sometimes it has been really hard. i went on a long road trip this summer, and i wanted to smoke so bad, because that is what i had done in the past, so doing things for the first time without smoking is what seems to be the most difficult.
i actually never left this site, i just tend not to post very much, even though i slowed down visiting here, i still come and read comments every week, it still keeps me motivated. i never want to smoke again, but i keep my defenses up, i still take it a day at a time. i dont have cravings constantly like in the beginning, but i know all it takes is just one slip, so i am very aware of that.
my reward to myself is actually having the extra money, that i would have been spending on cigs.
