WOW .. thanks for remembering me My Lady :) I remember those dark days at the start of our quit journey ... not with fear or bad memories ... but with fondness and good memories. We laughed and we joked...we had parties and we sang ... but best of all...(for me ..even better than quitting).. we made lasting friendships. Admittedly, it was sometimes sad seeing old friends fall by the wayside, but may others are still walking this road to freedom, and new smobers start every day. No one need walk this road on their own. Although I now chose to travel alone on my quit journey, I do not fear a relapse, my resolve not to smoke is as strong as ever, if not stronger. I do like to drop in "once in a blue moon" just to see how other friends are getting on. My congratulations to ALL who are walking this road, it is worth it.
