For the past almost month, I have been having strong cravings for a ciggie at different times but not on a continual basis. I've been able to overcome them though. But - and BIG but here - the past few days I am really having the cravs, all day, every day. I've made sure I am occupying my hands and mind doing and thinking different things but under it all are these darn strong cravs. I know that if I give in, I will go back to smoking and will never try to quit again and that I don't want to do. So, here I am, sharing this misery and hoping that by doing so, it will be out of my system and I can continue with my quit as I had before.
