Whew I finished Hell week. But today was one of the worst days. I had cravings.. Not especially for nicotine. I wanted something...but could NOT figure out what it was.. I guess I assumed it was a cigarette.. I came here, I read, I did laundry, I came here. I ate.. It would come and go ... I went out and opened my car door and took a whiff. I havent sprayed or cleaned it yet (I don't drive every day) EWWWW YUCK... that did it.. It is almost bed time.. and I made it through the day...
