Remember your basic coping skills from those early days and get back to them... deep breaths, water, stretching, reading, posting, journaling, walking, nibbling, chewing on straws, baths, sleeping...whatever it takes. It's nicotine withdrawal time but you've been thru it before and I know you can do it!
