LOL... I like the forks in the eyes. What a great analogy! Kick, scream, cry, punch a pillow, break dishes, whatever it takes, just don't smoke. Take it five minutes at a time and a lot of really deep breaths. Drink a lot of ice water, it helps too. You are in Hell week and they don't call it Hell week for nothing.
