Kick, scream, cry, punch a pillow, break dishes, whatever it takes, just don't smoke. Take it five minutes at a time and a lot of really deep breaths. Drink a lot of ice water, it helps too.
You are in Hell week and they don't call it Hell week for nothing. Remember all the feelings you are having now. Keep a journal. It is hell week that keeps me quit. I don't care to ever repeat it again as long as I live. You can do it.
